Top Up Balance
Learn how to add credit to your Shipink account balance.
How shipping fees are charged: When you create a shipment, the fee is deducted from your balance first. If your balance is insufficient, it is charged directly to your saved credit card. Learn more about billing
1. Go to My Account
Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click My Account in the left menu.
2. Click "Yükle"
Click the "Yükle" (Top up) button on the Bakiye (Balance) card. The "Bakiye yükle" (Top up balance) dialog that opens has two tabs: "Kredi kartı" (Credit card) and "Havale/EFT" (Bank transfer).
3. Top Up by Credit Card
On the "Kredi kartı" tab, choose your card under "Şununla öde" (Pay with). Under "Tutar" (Amount), select one of the preset amounts (₺250, ₺2000, ₺10000) or choose "Özel" (Custom) to enter a specific amount. You can top up between ₺100 and ₺50,000.
"3D Secure kullan" (Use 3D Secure) is optional up to ₺250. For amounts above ₺250 it is required and ticked automatically. Finally, click "Öde" (Pay).
4. Top Up by Bank Transfer (Havale/EFT)
The "Havale/EFT" tab shows Shipink's bank account details (IBAN, account holder, and bank). You can copy the IBAN with "Kopyala" (Copy).
- Make a bank transfer to this account.
- Enter the amount in "Gönderdiğiniz tutar" (Amount sent) (₺100 – ₺1,000,000).
- Upload the receipt in "Dekont" (Receipt): pick the file or drop it on the field. It can be a PDF, JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 3 MB.
- Click "Bildirimi gönder" (Submit transfer).
After you submit, a "Havale bildiriminiz alındı" (We've received your transfer notice) message appears. Your receipt is checked, and once approved the amount is added to your balance. To declare another transfer, click "Yeni bildirim gönder" (Submit another).
The "Son havale bildirimleriniz" (Your recent transfers) list at the bottom of the dialog shows each notice with its amount, date, and status: Kontrol ediliyor (Under review), Onaylandı (Approved, with the amount added), or Reddedildi (Rejected). A rejected notice shows the rejection reason beneath it. If you have questions, use the "WhatsApp'tan yazın" (Message us on WhatsApp) link.
