Filter Orders
Learn how to filter and search your orders to quickly find what you need.
1. Use the Status Tabs
Go to Orders. Use the tabs at the top to filter by status: All, Unprocessed, Awaiting Shipment, In Transit, and Completed.
2. Use the Search Bar
Type a customer name, order number, or tracking number in the search bar to find a specific order.
3. Apply Advanced Filters
Click the Filter button to open additional filter options such as date range, sales channel, and carrier.
