Trendyol

1. Go to Sales Channels

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Sales Channels in the left menu.

2. Find Trendyol and Start the Integration

Locate the Trendyol card and click "Trendyol entegrasyonunu yap" (Set up Trendyol integration).

3. Enter Your API Credentials

Enter the three values from your Trendyol seller account:

• Supplier ID (Satıcı ID)
• API Key
• API Secret

You can find all three in the Trendyol Seller Panel → Account Information → Integration Information (Satıcı Paneli → Hesap Bilgileri → Entegrasyon Bilgileri).

4. Connect Your Store

Confirm to connect. Shipink verifies your credentials and starts importing your Trendyol orders automatically. The account is named Trendyol <Supplier ID>, so you can connect and tell apart multiple stores.

What connecting does

Because Trendyol is a marketplace, connecting your store also automatically sets up a Trendyol carrier account so you can ship orders with Trendyol's contracted carriers — Trendyol Express, Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Horoz Lojistik, DHL eCommerce, PTT Kargo, CEVA, Kolay Gelsin, and CEVA Tedarik. When you calculate rates for a Trendyol order, only these Trendyol-contracted services are offered.

Trendyol handles buyer communication itself, so Shipink does not send its own customer notifications for Trendyol orders.
