WooCommerce

Learn how to integrate your WooCommerce store with Shipink to automatically import orders.

1. Go to Sales Channels

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Sales Channels in the left menu.

2. Find WooCommerce and Start the Integration

Locate the WooCommerce card and click "WooCommerce entegrasyonunu yap" (Set up WooCommerce integration).

3. Download the Shipink Plugin

Click "Eklentiyi edin" (Get the plugin) to download the Shipink plugin for your store.

4. Install the Plugin in WordPress

Upload the downloaded plugin in your WordPress admin panel via Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin, then activate it. Once activated, your orders will be automatically imported into Shipink.

5. Live Shipping Rates (Optional)

With live shipping rates on, your customers see the rates of Shipink's partner carriers on the WooCommerce checkout page and choose between them. The rates are fetched from Shipink each time, based on the cart and the delivery address at checkout.

Before you start, make sure that:

  • Your store runs version 1.6.0 or later of the Shipink plugin.
  • Your Shipink account has at least one warehouse. Rates are priced from your default warehouse to the delivery address.
  • Your products have a weight. Products without a weight are counted as 1 kg.

Turn On Live Rates in Shipink

  1. On the Sales Channels page, click your WooCommerce store.
  2. In the Genel (General) section of the panel that opens, turn on Canlı kargo fiyatları (Live shipping rates).

The switch takes effect immediately, without pressing Kaydet (Save).

If your account has no warehouse, the switch won't turn on and you'll be prompted to add one. If your plugin is older than 1.6.0, you'll be asked to update it.

Add the Shipink Shipping Method in WooCommerce

  1. In your WordPress admin panel, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping.
  2. Under Shipping zones, click Edit next to the zone where the rates should appear (e.g. Turkey).
  3. Click Add shipping method and choose Shipink.
  4. Make sure Shipink is Enabled in the shipping methods list and save your changes.

Keep another method such as Flat rate enabled next to Shipink in the zone. If Shipink can't return a rate for any reason (e.g. no carrier service covers the address), your customers can still check out with that method.

Choose the Tax Status

Shipink rates reach the checkout excluding VAT. WooCommerce adds the tax according to your store's tax settings.

  1. In the shipping methods list, click Edit next to Shipink.
  2. Under Tax status:
    • Taxable: VAT is added to the shipping cost. This is the recommended option.
    • None: No tax is added; the customer pays the price excluding VAT.
  3. Click Save.

Keep Cash on Delivery Away From Shipink Rates

Shipink's partner carrier services don't support cash on delivery. To stop a customer from choosing a Shipink rate and paying on delivery, keep cash on delivery available only for your own shipping methods:

  1. On WooCommerce > Settings > Payments, click Take offline payments.
  2. Open the settings of Cash on delivery.
  3. In Enable for shipping methods, add only your own methods (e.g. Turkey – Flat rate). Don't add Shipink to this list.
  4. Save your changes.

Once this is set, cash on delivery disappears from the payment options when the customer picks a Shipink rate.

If this field is left empty, cash on delivery is available for every shipping method.

Check the Checkout Page

Add a product with a weight to the cart and enter a delivery address on the checkout page. Shipink's partner carrier services appear among the shipping options with their delivery estimate (e.g. Aras Standart (Estimated delivery: 2 business days)).

If no rates appear:

  • Check the entries with the shipink source under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
  • Make sure Settings > Permalinks isn't set to Plain.
  • In Shipink, check that Canlı kargo fiyatları (Live shipping rates) is on and your account has a warehouse.
