Statistics
Track your orders, shipments, delivery performance, cash on delivery, and carrier costs for a selected period.
The Statistics page gives you an overview of your orders and shipments. Open it from Statistics in the left menu.
1. Choose a Period
Use the switch at the top right of the page:
- This month
- Last month
- Custom range: pick a start and end date, then click Apply. A range can be at most 31 days. Once applied, the tab shows the range (for example
01.10 – 15.10).
Nothing changes while you are still picking dates; the page updates only after Apply.
2. Summary Row
Seven figures for the selected period:
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Orders | Number of orders |
| Shipped | Number of shipments handed to the carrier |
| Delivered | Number of shipments delivered |
| Avg. shipping time | Average time from order creation to carrier handoff |
| Avg. delivery time | Average time from carrier pickup to delivery to the customer |
| On Time | Share of shipments delivered within the carrier's estimated delivery time |
| Avg. desi | Average desi of your shipments |
Next to each figure, an arrow and a percentage show the change compared with the previous period. Hover over it to see the previous and current values. For the two time figures a decrease is shown in green, since shorter is better; On Time and Avg. desi are shown in grey because neither direction is good or bad on its own. Figures with no data show —.
3. Trend Chart
The Trend chart plots one series per day. Switch between Orders, Shipped, and Delivered at the top of the card; one series is shown at a time.
- The solid line is the selected period; the faded dashed line is the previous period.
- For This month, a dotted line continues to the end of the month using the previous period's values.
- Hover over a day to see its value and, in parentheses, the previous period's value.
If the period has no data, the card shows "No data for this period".
4. Cash on Delivery
The Cash on Delivery card appears only if you have cash-on-delivery shipments in the selected period. It is based on shipments shipped in that period, excluding canceled ones, and splits your cash-on-delivery revenue into four tiles:
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Revenue | Total cash-on-delivery amount and shipment count. Hover to see the Cash and Credit card split. |
| Delivered | Amount of delivered shipments, with its share of revenue |
| Not delivered yet | Amount still in transit or not yet resolved |
| Returned to sender | Amount of shipments that came back. Hover to compare the share of revenue with the shipment return rate (and, when the difference is large, with prepaid shipments). |
The three lower tiles add up to the revenue. The thin bar under the tiles shows the same split.
Below the bar are two cost lines. Hover over either one to see how it splits:
- Total shipping cost: outbound shipping for all shipments plus return fees (Shipping fee and Return-to-sender fee).
- Return shipping cost: shipping for the returned shipments plus return fees.
If you ship with more than one carrier, tabs above the tiles (All and one per carrier) filter the whole card by carrier.
If the data cannot be loaded, the figures show — with a Try again link.
5. Needs Attention
Lists shipments that need a look, one row per order, with the longest-waiting first. The number badge next to the title is the count of flagged shipments.
Each row shows the Order number (click to open the order in a new tab), the Carrier, and Last Update (for example "3 days ago"). The coloured dots before the order number show why the shipment is flagged; hover to read the reason:
- No movement
- Return pending
- Delivery delayed
When more than one reason is present, tabs above the list let you filter by reason (All or a single reason). If nothing needs attention, the card says "No shipments need attention".
6. Feedbacks
Lists the customer feedback received in the selected period, newest first: Order, Carrier, Score, Comment, and Date. Hover over a long comment to read it in full. The score is colour-coded from green (high) to red (low). If there is none, the card says "No feedbacks for this period".
7. Carrier Performance & Cost
A table with one row per carrier and an Overall row at the bottom. Use the Normal and Returns tabs to switch between outgoing shipments and return shipments.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Carrier | Carrier name |
| Shipped, Delivered, Canceled | Shipment counts |
| Avg. delivery time | Average time to delivery |
| On Time | Share delivered within the estimated time |
| Return-to-sender rate | Normal tab only. Of the shipments sent in the period that have resolved (delivered or returned), the share that could not be delivered and came back to you. Shipments still in transit are not counted. Hover to see "X of Y shipments returned to sender". |
| Avg. desi | Average desi |
| Avg. Cost | Average shipping cost per shipment |
| Total shipping cost | Average cost multiplied by the number of shipments |
| Avg. Score | Average customer score. Hover to see how many feedbacks it is based on. |
Amounts are shown in Turkish lira (₺), rounded to whole liras. Cells with no data show —.
Note: Cost figures on this page cover shipping fees (plus return fees on the Cash on Delivery card). Extra fees charged afterwards, such as desi or heavy-load differences, are not included.
